Job ID Illinois Nurse Agency license MUST be active. This is NOT the Nursys report. This is an Agency License from the State of IL. Iowa Nurse Agency license MUST be active. This is NOT the Nursys report. This is an Agency License from the State of IA. May be asked to float across all campuses: Bettendorf (IA), Moline, Muscatine (IA), TRI. IL RN license active at time of submission. If IA RN license is NOT active, MUST show proof of application for IA RN single state license or Compact RN license before cleared to start. Submission Requirements Med Surg, Post Op, or Stepdown experience Clinicians MUST be comfortable caring for up to 5-7 patients N:P ratio information encouraged on work history must be willing and able to float Surgical, post op surgical experience PROFILE REQUIREMENTS: Work history/resume Home/taxable address (just need to be listed somewhere in profile, ex. resume, in the notes section of the submittal) Skills checklist (must have been completed within 1 year of submission date) License verification Copy of BLS (AHA) or ARC References - highly preferred (if not provided, will be required to complete during onboarding if candidate accepts an offer) Certification Requirements ACLS (AHA) BLS State License Requirements Illinois Additional License Requirements Single State IA license or compact RN license during onboarding
