Registered Nurse - Vascular Operating Room

Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (7a-7:30p) with one call per week and one weekend on-call per month.
Consecutive shifts are not guaranteed.
One working weekend shift/any shift/month.
PLEASE READ THE JOB DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY AS THIS RN POSITION REQUIREMENTS ARE VERY SPECIFIC
Registered Nurse who is highly knowledgeable and comfortable, and MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING:

  • Open Vascular surgery cases ranging from amputations to open Abdominal Aortic repairs.
  • Hybrid/ Endovascular cases. Applicants must have experience in peripheral angiograms and venograms with radiographic interventions, endovascular repairs of all aneurysms.

AHA BLS & ACLS certifications are required.
2 years of OR experience required.
Must have vascular experience as listed above.
This facility does not accept local RN candidates within 75 miles.
EMR System: EPIC experience is highly preferred.
Expected to work every other holiday.
Eight hours of non-billable orientation.
