What You'll Do:
Rapid Patient Assessments - Monitor and evaluate patients to determine if they need hospital admission or can be safely discharged.
Emergency & Observation Care - Treat a diverse range of conditions, from cardiac, respiratory, and neurological issues to post-surgical and trauma-related concerns.
Telemetry Monitoring - Interpret cardiac rhythms, detect abnormalities, and take immediate action when needed.
Fast-Paced Decision Making - Work closely with providers to assess changes in patient conditions and implement care plans.
Multi-Task in a High-Turnover Unit - Manage multiple patients at once in an ER-based observation setting, ensuring timely treatment and smooth transitions of care.
Collaboration & Leadership - Serve as a charge nurse, mentor, or preceptor to support colleagues and ensure seamless unit operations.
