4470 Experience: Expected to work every other weekend. AHA BLS & AHA NIHSS are required. The facility does not accept local RN candidates within 75 miles. Stepdown level of care. Medical-Surgical Level Care/Vascular Surgeries and any surgical services. Trauma, Neuro, ENT, General Surgery, Urosurgery, Plastic Surgery, Bariatric Arterial lines. Floating is expected. Expected to work every other holiday.
