Behavioral Characteristics & Skills Required:
- Licensure: Current licensure in clinical discipline (RN, RT, or SW preferred)
- Education: Associate's in healthcare (Bachelor's preferred)
- Experience:
- 2 years in Case Management and Discharge Planning in Acute Care or Rehab
- Knowledge: Understanding of insurance and government reimbursement
