2 Years minimum of current Level I Trauma experience - REQUIRED
No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED
Travel experience - Preferred
Active License (verification must be less than 30 days old)

Driver's License - REQUIRED
Certification Requirements : ACLS (AHA) & BLS (AHA)
State License Requirements
Arizona or Compact Allowed.
