Position Overview - RN Obstetrics
Role: Registered Nurse (RN)
Specialty: Obstetrics
Shift: Nights (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM)
Guaranteed Hours: 36/week (3x12s) - Occasional OT may be available; no 48-hour guarantee
Licensure & Certifications - Required: BLS (AHA)
- Preferred: ACLS, NRP
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience (hard requirement, based on strength of skillset)
Float Requirement Candidate Profile - Must-Have Skills: Strong labor background, BLS, NRP
- Preferred Skills: L&D experience, ACLS, fetal monitoring
- Patient Population: Primarily Labor & Delivery
- Personality Fit: Independent, confident, comfortable in a small unit setting
