Must-Haves:
️ 1+ year recent acute care Med/Surg experience
️ Recent stepdown and surgical floor experience
️ Proficiency managing post-op patients with drains, ostomies, trachs, etc.
️ Current Oklahoma or Compact RN license
️ BLS (AHA) certification
Education Requirements:
ADN required, BSN preferred
Ratios: 5:1 (surgical) and 3:1 (stepdown)
