Need Specifics: 18 Bed Critical Access Hospital. Inpatient and Swing bed patients. ER 24/7 coverage. Outpatient infusions Hours per week: 40 - 45 hours/week (minimum) Weekend rotation: As needed to cover occasional shifts/or on call Float reqs: There are multiple areas within the CAH that nurses can be required to work in. Specialty Clinic/Inpatient/Outpatient Infusions On call reqs: Yes. May be called in to assist with ER patients or increase in census. Experience: 5 years in a rural hospital (CAH) Kansas would be preferred EMR: TruBridge, (CPSI/Evident) Ratios: 2 licensed nurses and 1 nurse aid on each shift. Any color scrubs. Tattoos are not prohibited as long as they are not on the throat (ears and forward) or face. No sub-dermal piercings. Facial piercings are limited to no more than two and no larger than 14 gauge. Ear piercings may not be larger than 00 gauge. Piercings that are offensive in the opinion of patients and guests that result in a valid complaint may necessitate that the piercing be removed during working hours.Will interview either over phone or via zoom Looking for someone who can start ASAP
