Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in home health care and possess strong clinical skills to provide high-quality patient care in a home setting. This position requires a highly skilled individual with wound care experience and proficiency in various nursing procedures. Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois. Minimum of 1 year of Home Health RN experience. Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (American Heart Association). Strong wound care experience (wound vacs, pleural drains, and ostomy care). Proficient in performing peripheral blood draws, administering IV treatments, and managing central lines. Experience with computer-based documentation systems. Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and insurance. Excellent communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills.
