Job Description: Provides patient care by assessing, planning, and implementing treatment plans for individuals with a variety of medical conditions. They monitor vital signs, administer medications, assist with wound care, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective patient recovery. Additionally, they educate patients and families on managing health conditions and post-discharge care. Required Qualifications:
1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
License, Certification, Registration
Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided)
BLS/ACLS (AHA)
