Required Skills & Experience: Advanced training/experience in statistical, financial, and strategic analysis Minimum 5 years of performance/process improvement experience (Lean, Six Sigma methodologies) Strong process improvement skills and knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, and PDCA High proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio Strong digital marketing skills Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business/Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or equivalent healthcare experience Mandatory Qualifications (Candidates must have all 4): 1 Completed PI training & certification (Six Sigma, Lean, CPHQ, Masters in Improvement) from nationally recognized organizations (e.g., ASQ) 2 At least 2 years of formal experience in Quality Improvement/Performance Improvement 3 Proven track record in leading quality outcome metric improvements (e.g., readmissions, hospital-acquired conditions, sepsis care, complications, etc.) 4 Experience using key driver diagrams, Pareto charts, Excel pivot tables, project management tools
