Job Description & Requirements

Patient Care & Assessment: -
Perform head-to-toe assessments and monitor patient status regularly.
Record vital signs, intake/output, and observe for any changes in condition.
Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
Medication & Treatment Administration: -
Safely administer medications, IV fluids, and prescribed treatments.
Monitor for side effects and effectiveness of treatments.
Coordination of Care
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary team members.
Facilitate diagnostic tests, therapies, and follow-up care.
Assist in discharge planning and patient education.
Documentation
Accurately chart assessments, medications, treatments, and patient responses in the electronic medical record (EMR).
