Requirements:
- RN License for PA state
- BLS - Basic Life Support (AHA)
- ACLS (AHA)

- PALS
- Min 1 yr exp required
- 2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years
- Covid vaccine - required/ religious exemptions not accepted by the facility
- Driver's License
