Emergency Room Nurse 3 years experience required Position Summary
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you'll play a critical role in patient care, providing both direct and indirect services through the nursing process in various assigned departments. From initial assessment to care planning, you'll collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.
Education & Certification Requirements - Graduate from an approved School of Nursing (Required)
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
- Active NH RN License or eligibility to obtain one
- ️ BLS Certification (Required)
- ACLS Certification (Required)

Essential Job Functions Assessment
- Perform standard patient assessments using appropriate techniques and equipment.
Medication Administration
- Demonstrate strong visual acuity and hand-eye coordination for accurate medication administration.
Communication & Documentation
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
Patient Safety
- Meet all job-specific safety and performance standards.
Interpersonal Skills
- Interact positively with patients, families, and team members.
- Respect each patient's culture, lifestyle, religion, and age in care planning.
- Accept constructive feedback and manage emotional responses effectively.
Qualifications - NH RN License required or eligible to obtain
- Clinical experience preferred
Professional Development - Membership in a professional nursing organization encouraged
