Job Description Highlights - Pre-employment health assessments, drug screening, fit testing, vaccinations
- Manage workplace injuries and workers' compensation (MN/WI statutes)
- Conduct ergonomic, surveillance, fitness for duty, and other assessments
- Regulatory compliance: OSHA, ADA, FMLA, CDC, MN Dept. of Health
- General health support, case management, and health promotion
- Phlebotomy and audiometric testing may be required
Requirements - Experience:
- 3+ years in a hospital occupational health department - Required
- 2 years travel RN experience - Preferred
- Occ Health duties incl. OSHA, Workers Comp, disability, etc. - Required
- Certifications:
- BLS (AHA or ARC) - Required
- COHN, COHN-S, CAOHC - Preferred
- Other:
- Adult population experience - Required
- Agility EMR - Preferred
