Join our team as a Home Health Registered Nurse, delivering compassionate care to patients in their homes. This 13
•week contract role requires 40 hours per week and flexibility to cover different territories.
Responsibilities:
• Manage 20
•25 home health cases weekly.
• Complete documentation on service day.
• Attend weekly in
•person meetings.
Requirements:
• Valid RN License.
• 2 years nursing experience.
• Home Health and OASIS experience.
• Proficiency in Homecare Homebase.
• BLS certification.
• Live within 30
•minute commute of territory.
Time off must be pre
•approved and made up later. No on
•call requirement. Successful candidates will undergo a 2
•3 day orientation. The role covers Ramsey and Washington County in MN, and, if licensed, Wisconsin
