Compensation:
• Weekly Gross: $2,239.00 Per Week
• On W2(Taxable): $720.00 Per Week ($20/hour)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Telemetry position at Providence Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock, TX. The Tele RN will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in the Telemetry unit. This is a night shift position (3x12-hour shifts), with the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide patient care in the Telemetry unit (Tele RN).
• Monitor and assess patients with cardiac conditions using telemetry equipment.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Float between units as needed (may float to sister facilities).
• Follow the hospital's policies and procedures to ensure quality care.
Requirements:
• Education/Experience: At least 1 year of RN experience in a Telemetry setting is required.
• Licensure: Must hold a valid compact RN license.
• Certifications: BLS
Skills: Strong critical thinking and clinical skills in telemetry nursing. Additional: Candidates must be flexible and open to floating between units or nearby sister facilities as needed.
Work Schedule:
• Shift: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00).
• Weekends: Required every 6th week.
• On-Call: Not required.
• Floating: Yes, between units or facilities as needed.
