Floating required, could be floated to lower acuity units with high pt ratios
Minimum 2 years recent ICU exp, Neuro exp is required
PT Diagnosis: Stroke, Neuro focused critical care. General Medical Critical Care Management
NIH/BLS/ACLS all required
Must have Kentucky or Compact RN License
Unable to approve holiday RTO requests
