Job Title: Utilization Management/Case Management Director
• Registered Nurse (Day Shift)

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join their team as a Utilization Management/Case Management Director. This is a day shift position, with working hours from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing inpatient case manager processes

• Overseeing a team of 21 direct reports, including LVNs and non
•licensed staff, and discharge planners

• Handling a high volume of cases and multi
•tasking effectively

• Ensuring clear and meaningful communication to improve patient outcomes

Requirements:

• Active CA RN License

• BLS Certification

• LA County Fire Card

• Minimum of 1 year of Case Manager experience and 2 years of RN experience

• Inpatient and L&D experience

• Utilization review experience

• Director of case management experience

• Excellent communication skills

• COVID
•19 vaccination

Preferred Qualifications:

• Travel Experience

This role is based in Los Angeles, CA. The successful candidate will be handling all inpatient cases, including L&D, and managing a team. The role involves handling adults aged 18+ and managing 15
•20 cases per Case Manager. LVNs are there to support anything clinical. Both Case Management and utilization review will be the responsibility of the successful candidate.

Our client provides all necessary PPE, and fit tests can be done on site. Parking is available on site. The client uses the Epic EMR system.
