Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg
Kansas
Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (12-hr Days)
Schedule: 36 hrs/week
Contract Length: 13 weeks (91 days)
Guaranteed Hours: Typically 36 hrs/week
Unit & Facility Details: - Unit: Med/Surg
- Beds: 21-bed unit
- Trauma Level: Level 3 Trauma Center
- Charting System: Meditech
- Possible Float: May include Pediatrics patients
- Drug Screen: Required pre-employment AND on-site Day 1 (HR)
Candidate Requirements: - KS RN License (active, clean preferred)
- BLS (AHA) - Required
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years RN experience
- Previous travel required (2-3 successful contracts)
- Pediatrics experience preferred
- No first-time travelers
- Local Rule: Must live 80+ miles away
- Previous Employment: Cannot have been perm staff at the facility in the past 2 years
- Scrub Color: No specific requirement
