CARDIOVASCULAR CARE UNIT (CVCU)
This unit cares for STEMI/NSTEMI, CP rule out, CHF, Non-invasive Ventilation, Cardiothoracic surgery after ICU, antiarrhythmic IV medications, peripheral vascular compromise, etc.
Requirements:
- RN Compact/OK state license
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
- At least 6 months of Stepdown/PCU experience - Required
- Float to Med/Surg or ER to take CVCU/Med Surg holds - Required
- NO BLOCK SCHEDULING - Flexibility Required
of Beds: 33 bed cardiovascular care unit.
