Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled OB/GYN Nurse to join our at QuickMed Staffing team in Lawrenceville, GA. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Local candidates within 50 miles are not considered for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to obstetric and gynecological patients, including prenatal, antenatal, postnatal, and gynecological care.
- Perform routine assessments, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician, ensuring proper dosage and timing.
- Assist in labor and delivery, providing support and guidance to patients during childbirth.
- Perform postpartum care, including monitoring for complications and providing breastfeeding support.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience within the specialty.
- Required: BLS. Required: BLS & NRP.
- Prefer experienced traveler due to high volume /pace.
- Hospitial provides comprehensive postpartum/newborn care of the highest quality to each.
Quick Med Staffing Job ID . Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
