Beds: 48 Ratio: 12:1, varies by census
Schedule: Every 3rd weekend No call
Certs: CPR required
Experience: 2+ years preferred
Charting: Paper charting + HCS, meds via Pyxis
Skills: Crisis intervention, de-escalation, behavioral health experience
Patient Population: Adults with substance use, mood, and psychotic disorders
Note: Staff rotate between two units
