Facility Details:- DIRECT CLIENT.

- Travelers Experience a must. No new graduates or first time floats; it needs to be someone with at least 2-3 years of experience since they are the only RN in the building. Very rural. There is a hotel in the area though.
- Travelers must reside outside 75-mile radius of facility
- This is a very small, rural ER in a very small town (less than 2,000 population). On average, about 50 visits or fewer per month to this ER.
- 25-bed critical access hospital
- volumes are low, and they will be functioning more as LTC
- Position requires working 2 of 4 weekends and every other holiday
- Drivers needed
Unit Details:- Certification Required: BLS, ACLS & NIHSS- Travel experience is a must.- 2+ years ER experience needed.- that they will assist with the swing bed/ skilled nursing home patients who are in the other part of the hospital. There are usually 16 very stable patients, there are CNAS, and a LPN who take care of them, but the RN helps when the ER is not busy. The average patient caseload is usually 1-4 patients / 24-hour period. Again, stabilize and transfer.- Floating Requirements: Candidate will be required to float and take MS patients- Scrub color is eggplant- EMR: Cerner
