Requirements:
  • 2+ year Home Health experience
  • 6 months of Home Health experience - Preferred
  • If they do not have home health experience then we would require at least 2 years of medical surgical or skilled nursing facility.
  • Travel experience
  • Active and clear driver's license and car insurance
  • Hawaii license
  • Homecare Home Base and OASIS
  • COVID and FLU vaccine
  • Bachelor's degree - preferred
  • Case Manager experience - preferred
  • Mileage reimbursed at .43 cents per mile (lower than IRS established rate)
  • Hawaii license
