Experience Requirements: Two years of inpatient/acute care discharge planning experience Hospital's bed size experience should be 250-300+ - notated on the jobs Trauma I and academic hospital experience is NOT REQUIRED Hospital will review candidates without but note hospital bed size requirements CAH only experienced case managers would not be a good fit Must be able to cover a variety of adult units with high acuity - ER experience is a plus Epic Charting is required - notated on jobs Certs required: CCM preferred but not required. BLS required Prefer RN, BSN, Would consider ADN Must have Mississippi License to Apply
