EPIC CHARTING experience is REQUIRED General Certification Requirements (BLS, etc.) BLS, RN Case Manager Other Certifications/Specialty certifications requirements? CCM preferred but not required Prefer RN, BSN, Would consider ADN . Case load/ patients per day/consults per day 15-20 EMR - EPIC - must be experienced Do you require InterQual criteria or Milliman experience - No, but need to have general understanding of discharge readiness Is this position for UR, discharge planning, or both? NO UR for this position. - Case Mgmt/Discharge planning only What areas do they cover (Inpatient, Outpatient, ER, Home Care, etc.) Will cover all adult Inpatient units throughout the hospital Currently 15 CM's on the CM team, goal is to have 21 (18 general CM's and 3 Complex CM's). RN's work with Social Work team which consists of 15 full-time and 17 part-time Social workers.
