2 plus yrs CVICU experience- BLS, ACLS, NIH; 1:2 ratios; Meditech EMR, Must have KY or compact license, 1:2 ratio; 36/48 schedule. Must have Cardiovascular ICU exp.- Experience w/ fresh hearts is required. 6mth assignment/ negotiable Orientation is bi-weekly. RN must reside 100 miles from facility to be considered. Assignment confirmation needs to be loaded with in 24 hrs of accepting offer. Driver's license is required in all submission packets.
