Are you a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a Charge Nurse with at least two years of nursing experience to join our team at a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) hospital in Harrisburg, PA this spring. Position Overview As a Charge Nurse, you will play a key leadership role in providing high-quality patient care while overseeing daily nursing operations. You will support and mentor nursing staff, coordinate care plans, and ensure compliance with facility protocols and best practices. Responsibilities Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts Monitor patient care and ensure adherence to treatment plans Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals Manage staffing, assignments, and workflow to maintain efficient operations Ensure compliance with safety regulations and infection control protocols Provide direct patient care as needed and serve as a resource for the team Requirements Active RN license in Pennsylvania (or ability to obtain) Minimum of two years of nursing experience, preferably in LTAC, ICU, or acute care settings Strong leadership, communication, and critical-thinking skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Prior supervisory experience is a plus Day and Night Shift Available.
