We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Director of Inpatient Services to provide strategic and operational leadership for our Medical/Surgical, Intensive Care Unit (ICU), and Multi-Unit Nursing Teams. This critical role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while driving performance in clinical outcomes, patient experience, and staff engagement.

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field strongly preferred.Active RN license in good standing, or ability to obtain licensure in Colorado.Minimum of 5 years of progressive nursing leadership experience in an acute care setting.Proven success managing multidisciplinary teams and inpatient operations.Strong interpersonal, communication, and change management skills.
