284933Position Title: Director of Inpatient ServicesDepartment: Nursing ServicesReports To: Associate Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO)QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field strongly preferred.Active RN license in good standing, or ability to obtain licensure in Colorado.Minimum of 5 years of progressive nursing leadership experience in an acute care setting.Proven success managing multidisciplinary teams and inpatient operations.Strong interpersonal, communication, and change management skills.Preferred Skills & ExperienceExperience overseeing both high-acuity (ICU) and lower-acuity (Med/Surg) units.Familiarity with shared governance models, Magnet principles, and performance improvement methodologies.Ability to coach and mentor nurse leaders in leadership development and evidence-based care delivery.Director of Inpatient Services to provide strategic and operational leadership for our Medical/Surgical, Intensive Care Unit (ICU), and Multi-Unit Nursing Teams. This critical role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while driving performance in clinical outcomes, patient experience, and staff engagement.Reporting directly to the Associate Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO), the Director will serve as a visible, proactive leader, fostering collaboration across departments and ensuring alignment with the hospital's mission, values, and strategic goals.
