RN Supervisor - FT evenings (5x8s), EOW, Holiday Minimum: NYS RN licensure, min. 1-year nurse experience in long term care + supervisory experience across multiple units Certifications: BLS (AHA or RQI only). CPI obtained within 90 days of hire.
