Registered Nurse (RN) - Float Pool (Med/Surg, ICU, ER) Day/Night Rotation Location: 196 North Street, Geneva, NY 14456 Schedule: 12-hour shifts (7 AM - 7 PM / 7 PM - 7 AM), every other weekend & holiday rotation, 4 on-call shifts per 4 weeks Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - Float Pool to provide high-quality patient care across Med/Surg, ICU, and ER units. The ideal candidate must be adaptable, comfortable in critical care settings, and committed to delivering compassionate care in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: License: Active RN license in New York State (NYS) Education: BSN required Experience: Minimum 2 years of acute care experience with floating to Med/Surg, ICU, and ER Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS (required) Preferred: TNCC, CPI certification within 90 days of hire Key Responsibilities: Provide patient care across multiple units based on staffing needs Demonstrate critical thinking and quick decision-making in high-acuity settings Maintain professionalism and adaptability while working with diverse teams Ensure patient safety and follow hospital protocols.
