Trauma Level Charting System Epic Unit Notes COVID VACCINE REQUIRED. Medical Solutions auto deducts the 1.75 WA state tax - you are able re-add that back in. WA License Required Unit Cath Lab RN suites/labs 2 labs + 1 prep/recovery per day on average 4-5/room Required Certifications ACLS Common diagnoses/Types of patients CAD, stemi's. We do see a lot of random IR cases including embolization, inari, ekos, vascular angiogram/angioplastys Job Duties RN's do not scrub at this time. Only sedate and montor mac lab Experience or 'Must have' skills ACLS/code experience/IR experience. Strongly prefer prep/recovery skills. EMR/Equipment EPIC for charting. We use balloon pumps for cath lab, but no impella. Cardiologist hours/on call On call weekdays is Manager/Charge Nurse Josh Peyton 14 year RN Cath Lab Techs We have approx 5 RCIS's Shifts & Scheduling Staff self scheduling. Four 10 hour shifts/week Weeknight/Call Requirement Typically 2 day/week. Weekend/Call Requirement Typically only 1 weekend/month, sometimes 2. Holiday/Call Requirement Occasional Is there a mandatory call/standby requirement? Total call approx 10 days/month What is call response time? 30 min Floating Requirements YES. We go back and forth daily/weekly. IR skills required. Scrub Color/Dress Code Scrubs provided for staff. Unit/Department specific orientation 1-2 weeks orientation
