Job ID of 1-2 critically ill patients, management of varying patient populations including critically ill medical, and surgical patients with an emphasis on renal and bone marrow transplant as well as oncology patients. Ability to manage vasopressors, sedatives, analgesics, inotropics, antiarrhythmics, and other titratable drips. Ability to assist with bedside procedures including RSI, Tracheostomy, line placement, other diagnostic tests.Equipment utilized in the unit/dept.EPIC EMROmnicell Automated Dispensing CabinetAleris IV pumpsMOOG Feeding pumpsPhillips Patient Monitoriug SystemsAvaSure patient MonitoringHamilton VentilatorHamilton V60 BiPAPRequired skills and minimum years of experience.2 years of experience in a large facility over 200 beds and level 1 trauma.Ability to care for critical ill patients independently.Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required.BLS - must be AHA, ACLS - must be AHA, NIHSS, and ND or compact state RN License.Shift or schedule requirements.12 hour shifts. Every other weekend and holiday.Floating to over units/departments.Floating to all critical care departments in Sanford Fargo including Intermediate ICU with ratios up to 4:1May be required to float to med surg units as needed.Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept.18 bedsNurse to patient ratio of this unit.1 nurse to 2 patients IMC - 1 nurse to 4 patients.Dress Code:Navy Scrubs
