Connected Health is currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team at a skilled nursing and long-term care facility located in Eureka, Montana. If you're looking for a meaningful career and a scenic place to live, this opportunity offers both.
Schedule:
- Night Shift: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
- 12-hour shifts (3x12s)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders
- Oversee LPNs and CNAs, promoting teamwork and ensuring patient-centered care
- Conduct assessments and monitor changes in resident conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document care accurately and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards
- Communicate with families and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care
Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted RN license in Montana (or compact state)
- CPR/BLS certification
- Previous experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or geriatrics preferred
- Strong clinical, organizational, and leadership skills
- Commitment to providing compassionate, dignified care
