Requirements:
Experience: 2 years REQUIRED (3 preferred)
Certifications: ONS Chemo, BLS (AHA only)
Must-Have Skills:
Chemo administration (IV, oral, continuous, push)
Port/PICC/Central Line access & care
Infusion pump management
Handling/spill management of cytotoxic agents
Monitoring labs & patient responses
Emergency management (ATLS, Sepsis, Anaphylaxis)
Phlebotomy & IV starts
Patient/family education & symptom management
Preferred:
Oncology experience with various cancers
EPIC documentation
SBAR communication
Coagulation factor administration
