Cardiac background
At least 3 years in ICU with prior cardiac experience OR at least 1 year prior CVICU experience.
ACLS and NIHSS certifications Required
CCRN Strongly Preferred
Impella or BP experience preferred
Houses open heart and mechanical patients
Must have strong critical care and critical thinking skills
2:1 ratio 1 RN - Dayshift 0700 to 1930 and 3 RNs - Midnight shift 1900 to 0730, Weekend requirements
