PG - 4x10s Days Hospitals that candidate will travel to with this assignment are: Geisinger Medical Center: 100 North Academy Avenue, Danville, PA 17821 Geisinger Wyoming Valley: 1000 East Mountain Boulevard, Wilkes Barre, PA 18711 Geisinger Community Medical Center: 1800 Mulberry Street, Scranton, PA 18510 Geisinger Lewistown Hospital: 400 Highland Avenue, Lewistown, PA 17044 TDAP, PATCH, ADULT ABUSE REGISTRY AND FBI FINGERPRINT REQUIRED FOR HOSP. CLEARANCE. 13-week contract approved. 4 10-hour shifts per week with candidate's flexibility based on each facility's patient census, with every other Saturday required. Candidate may need to travel between hospitals within the same day. Days may be longer than 10 hours at times. On-call 2-3 times/week. To meet the guarantee of hours, traveler must be able to pick up additional shifts as needed. Candidates must be trained in Peritoneal Dialysis. Candidates with Pediatric HD and PD experience are preferred but not required.
