Fidé is currently seeking a RN with Med Surg experience for a 13-week contract in Cumming, GA.
Minimum Requirements: The following experience is required: 1+ years of current RN Med Surg experience.
Job Description: HWL Requisition:3 No local candidates within 50 miles. Schedule 7p-7a, Mon-Sun 13 weeks 787F PROGRESSIVE CARE UNI Min of 2 years of experience within specialty. Required AHA BLS & ACLS & NIHSS
Compliance Credentials Needed for Submission:
- Current GA RN License - compact allowed (PA, OH NOT COMPACT)
- Current AHA BLS
- ANY OTHER CERTIFICATIONS NEEDED WILL GO HERE
- Skills Checklist from within the past 12 months
- Drivers License
- EMR Experience (Include years of experience, and systems used)
- Final RTO
- Resume
- Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment
Hours Per Week: 36 Weekly
Shift: 12hr Nights 12x3
Weekend Requirements: (IF PROVIDED, IF NOT, WRITE IN TBD)
On Call Requirements: (IF PROVIDED, IF NOT, WRITE IN TBD)
Travel Hourly Pay: $20.00
Travel Stipend: $937.80
Travel Weekly Package: $1657.80
