Job Details - This is an LDRP that manages OB triage, outpatient testing, antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and nursery.
- We do not circulate or scrub in the OR.
- We use OBIX for our fetal surveillance and EPIC for EHR; experience with those systems are highly preferred.
- Within the RN scope of practice as defined by the Oregon State Board of Nursing, applies the nursing process to the care of patients.
- Teaches patients, their significant others and support persons.
- Documents patient care in the medical record.
- Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to effectively coordinate overall care of the patient.
Job Requirements - 2 year minimum labor and delivery with current fetal heart monitoring - REQUIRED
- OBIX and EPIC experience - highly preferred
- Certifications - certifications don't need to be active at time of submission but must be willing to obtain
- License - OR license doesn't need to be active at time of submission but must be willing to obtain
- COVID vaccination - no longer required
Unit Specific Information - LDRP unit managing OB triage, outpatient testing, antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and nursery.
Additional Details - 16 hours unbillable OT is 1.25x BR
- Client can cancel 4 shifts per 13 weeks
