HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Cleveland, Ohio.
Job Description & Requirements

- Shifts: 4 x 12s
- Timing: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM / 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM shift (consists of 2 weeks of Days followed by 2 weeks of Nights)
- Type of Facility: Short Term acute Care Hospital
- Length: The initial duration is 13 weeks, with the possibility of an extension based on facility needs and performance.
- Schedule: To be decided by manager or supervisor once you hit the floor. Can try to request blocked schedule.
Job Description:
- Nursing Float Pool, -31090
- Provide leadership in coordinating and delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care.
- Utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide, delegate, supervise, and document patient care and teaching.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Maintain patient safety, provide patient education, and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
- Participate in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensure implementation of those solutions.
Requirements:
- Active RN license in the state of Ohio or Compact/Multistate License.
- Must have a minimum of 18 months of recent stepdown experience.
- Must have 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty you are applying for before taking travel assignments.
- Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS and NIHS
- Patient Ratios: 1 : 3
