• MUST HAVE a minimum of 18 Months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. Certifications/Licenses:
• MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
• AHA BLS, ACLS & NIHSS cert required.
