Job Title: Registered Nurse - Telemetry (RN Tele) Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Telemetry unit. The RN will provide specialized care to patients who require continuous cardiac monitoring and frequent assessments. The ideal candidate has strong clinical skills, excellent critical thinking abilities, and thrives in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry readings and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for patients in the telemetry unit
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital policies
Qualifications: - Active and unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications are required
- Minimum of 1 year of Telemetry experience required
- Proficiency with telemetry equipment and cardiac rhythm interpretation

- May include weekend and holiday coverage
