Job Description:
Parking Reimbursement: $250/ Every Month
1. Contract Details: 13-week contract starting on May 5, 2025, working 12-hour PM shifts with varying start times (6A-11A for days, 9A-11A for evenings). Must be available for any combination of listed shifts, including every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH). No on-call required.
2. Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of PACU experience, with strong skills in Phase 1 recovery for complex surgical cases including neuro, thoracic, vascular, and ortho spine. Pediatric experience is preferred.
3. Telemetry Requirement: Must be able to independently read and interpret telemetry rhythm strips, including identifying heart blocks. A telemetry test must be passed on day 1 with a score of 84% or higher.
4. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS are required. TNCC certification is preferred.
5. Additional Info: Candidate may float to Moakley PACU as needed. Case types include Trauma, Pediatrics, Ortho, General, Cardiac Cath, IR, Neuro (IR), and EP. The PACU operates 24/7, handling 30-60 cases per day.
