Start date must be no later than 5/26/2025. The facility will not accept a submission with an availability date after 5/26/2025. 12 beds- 10 exam rooms and 2 trauma rooms 20-25 cases per day 12 hour shifts BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, prefer ENPC no dedicated psych rooms, they utilize Telemedicine for psych, occasiona psych holds team lead each shift, will take patients as needed, will do triage nurse aide staffed 11a-11p, working on paramedic program security in ER at night and 24 hours on weekend Every other or every third weekend Holidays possible depending on need Navy scrubs data scope monitors in all the rooms and at nursing station Vents: stabilize and transfer out ED Physicans/Mid-Levels 1 midlevel from 12p-10p, MD 24/7 in ED Nurses do Lab draws if able No IV team RT onsite 24/7 Pharmacy 7a-5:30p, remote after hours 2-3 days of orientation Patient types: sepsis, psych (telehealth through Bryan), large geriatric population, minimal peds, 2 facilities that take care for people with disabilities so patients from those facilities, cellulitis, pneumonia, minimal trauma good team environment, only occasional holds for psych, outgoing team, traveler friendly
