Required Qualifications: - Experience: Minimum of 2 years of bedside clinical experience.
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS
- Skills: Strong communication, patient assessment, discharge planning, and clinical documentation skills.
- Behavioral Traits: Positive, encouraging, team-oriented, and safety-focused.
