Connected Health Care is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in Appleton, Minnesota.
Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care in a Care Center setting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and maintain accurate records.
- Travel RN's will be flexible to the facilities scheduling needs.
Qualifications:
- 1 year experience as an RN.
- Valid RN license in the state of Minnesota.
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
- LTC experience preferred.
