Unit Description:
The Emergency Department is a fast-paced environment treating a wide variety of patients. Nurses manage critical care interventions including medication titrations, arterial line monitoring, mass blood transfusions, and chest tube management. Patient populations include urgent care, psychiatric, pediatric, trauma, and critical care cases. Candidates must be adaptable, clinically strong, and committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care.
Travel ER RN - Night Shift Amarillo, TX
Location: 4409 E. Interstate 40, Amarillo, TX 79104
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 3x12 Hour Shifts Nights (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM)
Requirements: Must live 100+ miles from the facility Active RN license (State/District) - Required Minimum 3 years of recent ER experience - Required Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program - Required BSN - Highly preferred Certifications: NIHSS, TNCC, BLS, ACLS, PALS - Required Cerner charting experience - Required
